Puhar, 19, was found dead along with her boyfriend and another young man at the boyfriend's home in Charlotte, N.C., on Tuesday. Emmanuel
Jesus Rangel, 19, has been arrested and charged with three counts of
first-degree murder. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said that Rangel has
also been charged in connection with another killing that occured Sunday
in Matthews, N.C.
