Top Model - Saara Sihvonen
Saara Sihvonen - Suomen huippumalli haussa Cycle 3 finalist or better known as Finland's Next Top Model Cycle 3 in 2010 and aired on the Nelonen channel. Although Saara did not succeed in winning FNTM 3, she became the most successful graduate among other models and even beat the champion, Jenna Kuokkanen. Saara was one of the youngest finalists at that time (18 years) and with her unique beauty and nice personality she was able to bring herself to reach the top 3.
Saara's beauty is not a conventional beauty but she has a unique feature and interesting look that makes her stand out among the cast members of FNTM Cycle 3. And maybe she falls into the ugly-pretty category that is actually sought after in the modeling industry. Even though she has tons of potential, her performance on FNTM is not that good, she even got 4 bottom 2 appearances throughout the competition but still managed to survive until the final round thanks to her uniqueness and her ready body, excellent runway walk and slender height (179 cm).
After the competition ended, Saara tried to pursue her dream in the modeling industry, she started to improve her modeling skills and managed to become a local top model and decorate several magazine covers like Gloria and Elle which even Jenna herself has not been able to match. Thanks to her hard work, 4 months since FNTM 3 finished Saara was recruited by the world's no.1 agency, IMG for New York, Paris and Milan! And since then, her name has started to become one of the top models not only in Finland but also in several countries such as Australia, Singapore and Germany as well as fashion capital cities such as Milan, Paris and New York. Saara is not only a best-selling editorial model but also a catalog model for lookbooks, commercials and catwalks. Her highest achievement to date is that she has been selected as a catwalk model for high fashion brands such as Chanel at the Haute Coutre Spring Summer 2013, Emporio Armani for the 2014 SS collection, Giorgio Armani FW 2014 Prive Haute Couture and Saint Lauren FW 2014 Worldwide Exclusive.
