Poland's Next Top Model Back This September 2014!
Yeasss! One of the best Next Top Model franchise is back bitches!! Yup Top Model. Zostań modelką atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Poland's Next Top Model akan kembali bulan September 2014 ini dengan cycle ke-4 nya di channel TVN. Selain KNTM, DNTM dan AusNTM (before flop cycle 8), PoNTM adalah salah satu NTM terbaik karena selalu menghadirkan cast yang luar biasa setiap tahunnya, remember Magda & Honorata from Cycle 2? or Marcela & Renata from last cycle?
Sebelumnya sempat deg-degan sih karena ga ada kejelasan mengenai cycle ke 4 untuk tahun 2014. Dan team produksi sempat terbentur masalah karena Joanna Krupa, the host and head judge of PoNTM meminta kenaikan gaji (i think she deserved it after 3 cycles with high rating). Tapi akhirnya masalah cleared dan seperti nya Joanna menerima kenaikan bayaran sesuai keinginannya. Yeah banyak yang menginginkan Joanna diganti oleh Anja Rubik yang sering menjadi guest judge sejak cycle 1 karena karier Anja lebih baik dalam industri modeling dan Anja memiliki taste yang lebih edgy dalam memilih cast dibandingkan Joanna but i think Joanna is one of the most beautiful host of NTM and she has great personality and more fun to watch (entertainment wise).

Untuk posisi judge Joanna tetap ditemani oleh team lama, fashion designer, Dawid Wolinski, fashion photographer, Marcin Tyszka dan juga fashion show director, Katarzyna Sokolowska. Namun hal baru yang ada pasa PoNTM cycle 4 ini adalah co-ed edition, yeah sepertinya PoNTM mengikuti trend Guys vs Girls yang sebelumnya sudah diikuti oleh VNTM, SweNTM, AuNTM dan KNTM.. I always love Polish girls but i think it's good idea to add some fresh meat to the show LOL...

The auditions for cycle 4 took place from June 15 to June 27 2014, in the cities of Gdańsk, Poznan, Katowice and Warsaw and the requirements are girls have to be at the age of 18-27 and taller than 170cm and guys 18-30, 180cm+. Among the prizes are a lucrative modeling contract with NEXT Model
Management as well as an appearance on the cover of the Polish issue of Glamour Magazine and 100,000 zlotys (US$30,000). The campaign with Max Factor featured in previous cycles has been dropped.
Seperti biasa untuk proses casting sendiri akan menghabiskan 3 episode awal dari PoNTM 4 jadi kita akan baru mengetahui siapa saja model yang akan berkompetisi tahun ini pada episode ke-4. But i have high hopes about the cast, and i wish PoNTM at lease has same level that SweNTM, AuNTM or KTM had. Amen!
