Episode kali ini dibuka dengan para kontestan yang menerima Elle Mail dan isinya "watch your steps and that 'all eyes' will be on you". Yup it is runway challenge! Para finalist bertemu dengan Elle di Garden Museum dan mereka akan melakukan dining table runway show for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer dan Elle sendiri yang akan menilai mereka. Elle juga mengumumin buat para peserta bahwa mereka harus menunjukkan runway terbaik mereeka karena hanyaa 6 dari 7 peserta yang berhasil lolos ke babak selanjutnya akan berangkat ke Barbados.
Afterwards the girls begin to practice their walks and Angel begin to cry when she is told she has the weakest walk out of the girls there. Para finalis menyadari pentingnya show ini dan performance mereka di runway challenge ini akan mempengaruhi penilaian untuk babak selanjutnya ke Barbados. After the show Elle congratulates the
models for their outstanding performances.
Photo Shoot : Revlon
For the photo shoot they
meet Tyson and their client, Carly O'Connor. The models
get their beauty shots taken for Revlon's super lustrous lipstick
campaign.

It's beautiful picture but Angel looks a bit tired and low energy. She also receives some comments on
not looking as beautiful as she could look in her photographs.

Emma looks elegant and stunning! her luscious red lips match her skin tone very well. One of my favorite!

With her million dollar face, close-ups and beauty shots are her forte! Holly looks stunning and glamorous but her looks not fresh as other girls in my opinion...

Lauren looks amazing! it's the first time i see model in her! Love the smirk and confidence expression... It looks like real Revlon ad campaign... Well done Lauren!

Hmmm Naomi's lips so perfect! She looks beautiful but need more expression in her eyes... She can do better!

Not her best photo... she looks stiff and i think her face was unconventional beauty not suitable for make up campaign...

Queen Sophie! one of my favorite! She looks beautiful, young and fresh and her looks so quirky in this photo..

Overall, i agree with the elimination and call out order... If we just eliminate contestant by this week photo shoot, i will eliminated Sarah... She do badly and her picture uninspiring... But Sarah portfolio is one of the best and her walk is good... In other hand Holly's photo is one of the best and the client love her, they think holly look elegant and glamorous, but her performance in the competition maybe the weakest than remaining girls and once again i agree with the judges, she looks too mature and Holly is told that she has a niche in the industry, but that it isn't enough to be Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. Again this is strong top 7!
