Yeayyy!! akhirnya Asia's Next Top Model cycle ke-2 dimulai!!
The girls arrive at Kuala Lumpur and they meet Nadya for the first time. Karena Visit Malaysia 2014 adalah salah satu sponsor maka cycle ke-2 dari AsNTM ini diadakan di Malaysia.
Jodilly from Phillipines tels her background story. Dya berasal dari keluarga miskin dan ga merasa malu karenanya dan alasan dya ikut kompetisi ini adalah ibunya. As a contrast for Jodilly story, the girls arrive at Ritz Carlton
Kuala Lumpur! Yup ini lah Top Model House mereka...
Untuk pertama kalinya Nadya mengunjungi girls room in their Top Model House dan dya memberi tahu bahwa mereka harus bersiap karena first challenge will come very soon... The girls are amazed and excited with the
luxurious room they get! They are crazy and scream running around the room.. Tapi Janice dari Indonesia and Sheena dari Malaysia merasa terganggu karenanya... (hmmm i smell drama maker) and Janice is so confident about
herself! (girl! bring that attitude!)

Bona dari Indonesia menceritakan dirinya adalah yang tertua di antara model lainnya dan sudah memiliki seorang putri. Kemudian ada Katarina from Phillipines yang merasa kurang percaya diri karena belum ada pengalaman modeling sama sekali. Dan Nicole from Malaysia yang merasa worries dengan kebersihan rumah mereka jadi ia membuat house rules agar rumah tetap rapih, tapi karena tindakannya ini membuat gadis lainnya menduga Nicole mengidap OCD.

Challenge : Walk on water
Joey Mead King and Adam Williams announces
their first challenge is to walk on water.
- First up is Jodilly, she opens the runway dan Joey merasa Jodilly layak jadi pemenang challenge ini, walaupun ia sempat slip tapi tetap berjalan dengan baik.
- Elektra slips a lot dan dya berasalasan runway nya terlalu curam.
- Nicole walks shacky.
- Marie slips in the end of the runway tapi berhasil diselamatin oleh dua cowok shirtless. - Pooja walks calmly.
- Tia dengan wind in the hair nya membuat judges lebih fokus kepada rambut dan bukan kepada runway walk nya.
- Sneha walks too basic, Adam feels nor likes it or hate it.
- Katarina falls.
- Janice slips a lot.
- Jihye has amazing legs!
- Jessie does not even walk like in a runway, she's afraid of the water and look down all the way... poor girl and later she cries in the backstage.
Kembali ke Top Model House, para finalis tidak suka dengan sikap Elektra. Janice feels she's so annoying and attention seeker. Dan Nicole merasa Elektra ga nyambung dengan siapa pun di rumah mereka. Elektra sendiri mengatakan ia tidak mencari teman dalam kompetisi ini tapi bukan berarti ia lantas mencari musuh.

The girls are having their first photoshoot in the competition. They
will shoot for the opening title by the new resident photographer and judge, Mike Rosenthal. They have
to walk with attitude and pose at the end of the runway.
Tapi sebelum pemotretan, Nadya memberi pengumuman mengejutkan! (ga segitu nya sih :p) Salah satu dari finalis tereliminasi berdasarkan performance mereka pada challenge sebelumnya.

yeah no wonder... disastrous performance and let alone her looks is too basic for modeling in my opinion...

Very boring and uninspiring shoot.. we have seen the photos weeks before the first episode airs. Elektra shouldn't have gone, at least she is giving some expression instead of just awkward posing.. But i think it's still good elimination though... Hopefully AsNTM can step up their game next week because they had Mike Rosenthal now and it must be better than this...
