Mexico's Next Top Model back in August 2013!
Next Top Model season is coming! Setelah BiNTM dan AusNTM mulai airing sejak Juli, sekarang giliran Mexico's Next Top Model (MxNTM) cycle 4 yang rencananya bakal hadir mualai 19 Agustus 2013. So Excited! Like we all know, MxNTM adalah second franchise in Latin America after Brazil's Next Top Model, dan seperti versi Brazil-nya, the Mexican version is broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television.
Ada yang beda sama MxNTM kali ini, Jayde Michel akan menggantikan posisi Elsa Benitez sebagai host. Banyak yang meragukan bagaimana Jayde sebagai host mampu setidaknya ngimbangin karisma Elsa yang notabene adalah supermodel international papan atas. But i give her a chance, seenggaknya Jayde keliatan excited untuk nge host MxNTM ga seperti Elsa yang kabarnya sangat bitchy and act like a diva (she is a Diva, but still...) dan Jayde pun pernah menjadi model cover untuk Vogue Mexico, Elle dan GQ.

Menurut kabar yang beredar, entah Elsa dipecat atau dya yang resign dari project ini, production team said that working with her seemed to be a
endless nightmare. Remember when lety fainted at the elimination panel? That happen because Elsa didn't wanted to work that day and the girl
were standing too much time under the lights. Dan selain itu banyak berita yang beredar tentang kegilaan Elsa dan permintaannya yang kelewat expensive untuk team produksi. So, i think Elsa get replaced by new host its for the best.
Balik ke MxNTM cycle 4, batas usia masih sama dengan cycle2 sebelumnya yaitu 18-25 tahun dengan tinggi badan at least 1.70cm (5'7") harusnya sih MxNTM menaikkan level seenggaknya menjadi tinggi 5'8" biar bisa model yang bisa bersaing dalam kelas international ya. Saat ini udah kepilih 20 semifinalist untuk ngerebutin 13 tempat finalis.

Overall, cast tahun ini sepertinya lebih baik dari MxNTM cycle sebelumnya, the girls looks pretty and have something tp sayang banget banyak yang pendek :(. Semoga kualitas photo tahun ini bisa lebih baik dari cycle 3 yang mediocre dan ga fashion. And hopefully Jayde can make a better host than ms. Elsa.
