Top Model - Aleyna Fitzgerald
Aleyna Fitzgerald - Winner of Australia's Next Top Model cycle 10. The last winner of Australia's Next Top Model. Aleyna, a young girl with pure beauty face may not be a model with extraordinary beauty and not a model with an edgy and high fashion appearance. But with her uniqueness and hard work, Aleyna was able to align her name as a promising newcomer and top model.
Aleyna dreamed of being a model since childhood, supported by a 179cm tall and ideal body for modeling. Aleya immediately auditioned for AusNTM when she met the minimum requirements to enter the competition. And she was selected to be one of the finalists for AusNTM cycle 10 in 2016. With her potential and strong will, Aleyna became one of the fans' and jury's favorites, she never even finished bottom 2 to top 2. And in the end Aleya managed to win Australia's champion. Next Top Model beats Sabine Jamieson. The prizes for this cycle included a one-year modelling contract with Priscilla's Model Management in Sydney, a trip to New York City for New York Fashion Week, a Mazda2 Hatch, and an editorial spread in Elle Australia.
In March 2017, Fitzgerald made her catwalk debut walking shows in Paris, such as Saint Laurent, Dior, Valentino, and Sacai. Fitzgerald also closed Giambattista Valli for their Fall 2017 collection. After her debut, she also walked for Balmain and Rodarte and featured in Balmain's Fall/Winter 2017 campaign, lensed by Olivier Rousteing. In September, she walked for houses including Chanel and Valentino at the Spring/Summer 2018 shows. Fitzgerald also featured in an editorial for Australian Harper's Bazaar.
In March 2018, Fitzgerald walked for Balmain and John Galliano in Paris and Emporio Armani and Moschino in Milan, and not only walk for powerhouse designer brand, she appeared in Balmain's campaign not one but two times! She then featured in Dolce & Gabbana's Alta Moda show in New York. In August, she appeared in an editorial for Vogue Taiwan. Now hopefully Aleyna will become a model who is increasingly developing and in demand in the fashion industry!
