GNTM Cycle 16 1st Episode : Welcome to Germany! (casting week)

The season began with the 31 Semifinalists of Germany's Next Top Model 2021, arriving in Berlin. There was no casting episode as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The girls were put through the paces with a fashion show wearing Irene Luft gowns. After that, the first elimination of the season occurred. 25 girls advanced to the next round and moved into the Modelloft.
