Surprisingly Caribbean's Next Top Model (CaribeNTM) is back! I thought this show only last for 1 cycle! Tapi jujur sayang banget kalo show ini tidak dilanjutkan karena walaupun dengan budget yang tidak besar, CaribeNTM berhasil mencuri perhatian NTM fans dengan photo shoot nya yang stunning, cast yang fierce dan tentu saja amaing winner for their first cycle, Ms. Traveen, 2 tahun yang lalu!
Sama seperti cycle sebelumnya, CaribeNTM cycle 2 kembali ditayangkan di Flow TV dan diproduksi negara Trinidad & Tobago. Caribbean's Next Top Model is a reality television show in which a number of women compete for the title of Caribbean's Next Top Model and a chance to start their career in the modeling industry. The show features aspiring models from the entire Caribbean region. Wendy Fitzwilliam, model yang juga mantan miss universe kembali menjadi host dan head judge ditemani oleh fashion photo grapher, Pedro Virgil dan Creative Director, Richard Young. Casting calls for the second season were held in July and August 2015 in Barbados, Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. Participants were also encouraged to sign up online to make it more accessible for potential participants throughout the region.
Episode 1 telah dimulai pada 19 Oktober 2015 lalu dan telah terpilih 16 semifinalist yang akan memperebutkan gelar Caribbean's Next Top Model! Semoga saja show ini tetap menjaga kualitasnya seperti cycle sebelumnya dan dapat menghasilkan pemenang sekaliber Traveen Stewart, amin!
