Top Model - Tamara Weijenberg
Tamara Slijkhuis Weijenberg - Winner of Holland's Next Top Model Cycle 5 (HNTM), from the very beginning became one of the contestants who stood out among the strong cast (remember Riquelle, Michelle, Mieke, Nancy, Elise yummm). Although at first she didn't seem like a potential champion, Tamara, with a height of 180 cm, was able to eliminate one by one and became the winner of HNTM. Tamara looks like a 90s model but with an edgy and slightly masculine quality, being one of the unique featured contestants from the entire Next Top Model franchise.
7 times first call out (and 6 of them are in order) during the competition made Tamara was a bit bitchy and arrogant but I think it's just because of too confidence. After becoming the winner of HNTM, Tamara managed to shape her body into a more proportional and model ready. Currently Tamara joins Future Faces Model Management for her Mother Agency, and is one of the most successful top model alumnus with an increasingly bright career. She walked exclusively on Alexander Wang's S/S 13 runway show as well as starred in the Miu Miu S/S 13 (damn girl!) Campaign and Valentino F/W 2013. And Models.com put Tamara's name in the Top 50 of current models (wow !!). Tamara will also appear in the Vogue Netherland editorial due out in August 2013.
