Katya Grigorieva or currently better known as Kate Grigorieva, Runner Up Russia's Next Top Model Cycle 4. Who will think she's gonna be this BIG when her promo picture release 4 years ago?? But yeah that photo was really misleading and she transform like a butterfly along the competition... Kate is a perfect sample of pageant queen turning into high fashion model... Kate who is a former Miss Murmansk was initially only underestimated, especially by fans who consider it just a commercial model... But after the competition started, the fans finally realized Katya's potential, interesting beautiful face with stunning jaw, perfect height (180 cm) and amazing body, totally runway ready... But another thing that i really like about her in the show is her personality.. yeah she's a confident bitch! She is just very fond of herself. She is really positive, talkative and active. Can't hold back her emotions and it always leads to some argument .. And that makes her more iconic LOL! But that doesn't mean her confidence is groundless, yes she's slay the photo shoot week after week and her runway is a killer! Even the agent from Woman New York really likes it! But unfortunately she had to lose to Yulya Farkhutdinova in the final, she's so robbed!
Graduating from RusNTM Kate appeared locally, including in Moscow Fashion Week and a campaign for the shoes brand, Cardinali. And in 2014 Katya finally made her international debut by joining The Lions Model New York and she started her career by appearing at the New York Fashion Week FW 2014. Since the beginning of her career, Models.com even entered her name as an up and comers Fall/Winter 2014, and that's not mere bluff because her first show in New York was as an opening model for Donna Karan!! And after that her name appeared in big shows, all big brands and designers want her, from sexy standards Gucci and Versace, to American classics Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan, even Parisian influencers like Celine, Isabel Marant and Givenchy were mad about her.. She has a face that can look at times very traditionally beautiful and feminine and other times kind of hard and masculine, yet still just as beautiful
Since then Kate's name has risen to become one of the world's top models, models.com has re-entered her name as Top Newcomer, it doesn't stop there, she is also included in the Top Sexiest Models and The Hot List rankings.. Not only runway, Katya is also successful in print as she appears in the campaign for Moncler Gamme Rouge and Versace Eyewear, editorial for Vogue Spain, Vogue Russia, Vogue Japan, ID Magazine, Numero France and Allure Russia .. Her name has risen even more after becoming the first NTM alumnus to run at the Victoria's Secrets Show in 2014 and succeed became one of the newest Angel for Victoria's Secrets ..
Now i just wish she's gonna be bigger in the modeling industry, i want to see her more in runway, campaign, cover, editorial, beauty campaign etc... She has all the good to be more successful... Amen! i believe you Ms. Kate!
