Top Model - Kim Feenstra
Kim Feenstra - Winner of Holland's Next Top Model (HNTM) Cycle 2. She is a complete package model, sexy charisma, great face and gait, not only that, she is perfect for TV personality with her cute strong character .. Yes reasons which made Kim Feenstra the winner of the 2007 HNTM Cycle 2. Thanks to her beauty and outspoken yet cute personality, she made a name for herself by fans and on the last live episode she won 80% televoting from the audience and beat other finalists, Christa Verboom and Sabrina Van Der Donk.
Since the start of the competition Ms. Feenstra attracted the attention of the judges, not only because of her beauty and sex appeal but also because of the thick accent and irritating voice which was quite 'disturbing' but then she admitted that she was partially deaf in both ears due to an accident when she was a child and its consequences. it is rather difficult for her to communicate clearly.. even so this girl who has Indonesian blood (Ambon) still has high self-confidence and produces good photos throughout the competition...
After successfully winning HNTM there is a lot of bad news circulating about Kim's personal life before Top Model. Ms. Feenstra reportedly worked as a prostitute and became a porn star when she was 17 and not only that, she was convicted for stealing a bankcard from a disabled customer, with which she stole 500 euros and Feenstra was convicted to perform 80 hours of community service.. Well it's a long time ago and she obviously didn't do it because she wanted to do it but she needed money, and she most likely had no other choice. It's quite saddening...
Despite these scandals, this 180 cm tall girl is seriously pursuing modeling ... Not long after winning HNTM, Feenstra is signed to Scoop Models in Copenhagen, Denmark, and MP Management in Milan, Italy. And since then her name has started to skyrocket and has been featured in various well-known fashion magazines, especially in Holland, such as Cosmopolitan, Linda Magaine, JFK, Glamor Magazine, Harper's Baaar to prestigious magazines like Italian Vogue. Not only that, Ms. Feenstra is also in demand as a catalog and commercial model for brands such as Little Diva, L'oreal and Flipters. Kim also expanded into the entertainment world and became a Holland celebrity by starring in several successful films and TV series such as The Last Ottoman, In love with Ibiza and Verliefd op Ibizadirected which got the first place in the Dutch box office, with a total yield of more 5 , 1 million at the box office... In 2014 she succeeded in becoming the Model of the Month, January 2014 by FMD because of the results she has achieved so far
Overall I think Kim is the most successful winner from Holland . She really has a
celebrity status. She has been on a lot of shows, a lot of magazines, covers,
commercials, talk shows, game shows, gossip shows etc. I think out of all the
girls ever from HNTM she and Sylvia Green are the ones people remember the most. Both
are celebrities in Holland ... Keep going and getting bigger Ms Feenstra! You deserve it!
