Patricia Gouw - Runner up of Asia's Next Top Model cycle 4. The Girl Who Famous With Her Crazy Character From Indonesia. Patricia Gunawan Gouw is a Indonesian beauty queen, fashion model, presenter, and radio announcer. She is best known for being a contestant at the Miss Indonesia 2012 pageant and on the fourth cycle of Asia's Next Top Model, where she placed second. Gunawan was born on 14 July 1990 in Jakarta, the youngest of three sisters. She studied at LaSalle College Indonesia, majoring in fashion.

Gunawan represented Gorontalo at the Miss Indonesia 2012 pageant, where she was declared Miss Healthy and Beauty with a Purpose, finishing in eleventh place. She represented Indonesia at Miss ASEAN 2012 pageant in Chiang Rai, Thailand, finishing as the first runner-up. Gunawan was one of two contestant representing Indonesia on the fourth cycle of Asia's Next Top Model, the other being Aldilla Zahraa. She was chosen as a brand ambassador for Subaru after being declared the best performer of the week in episode 8. Eventual winner Tawan Kedkong had been appointed 2016 brand ambassador for Subaru in episode 4. Gunawan was the only contestant of the cycle to have never appeared in the bottom two, and she was declared the best performer of the week three times in total. She finished in second place alongside Sang In Kim.

Patricia became the second contestant who never appeared in the bottom two and made to the final round after the winner of the first season, Jessica Amornkuldilok. Patricia received the highest total and average score of her season.
