Lan Tuyet - Vietnam's Next Top Model (VNTM) Cycle 1 Runner Up. The most gorgeous girl in her cycle gifted with bold modeling potential, edgy asian feature and great personality... Even though Ms. Lan failed to win the title of first winner of Vietnam's Next Top Model but it is undeniable, she has a "full package" since the beginning of the competition and it is proven that she is currently the most successful contestant of VNTM even beating Trang Huyen the winner...
Many fans of VNTM call her a bitch at the competition, maybe because her outspoken personality... But I don't think she's a bitch because she's not
really one, just that it turns out she can be bitchy when necessary LOL and she just said what she believed!. Gotta
admit that I like that! Lan was once hated by the Vietnamese public because of the interview she did, she felt that Ha Anh (host and head judge of VNTM Cycle 1) didn't like her for reasons that were unclear and too biased towards Trang during the competition... this certainly made the Vietnamese public, people keep criticizing Lan, and some even call her an ingrate as they think criticizing someone who guided her through the show is unacceptable .. but the producers seem to support Lan in this controversy because Trang Q, the producer admits that this is one of their reasons didn't renew Ha Anh's contract for the 2nd cycle, they cut Ha Anh out of the show because she was being too biased.
Despite the controversy, graduating from VNTM Lan proved herself to have success in the modeling industry. Starting with and successfully winning the Asian Model Search Contest in 2011 which was held in Singapore, making her name known to the Asian public and being considered as a promising model, in 2011 he also became the representative of Vietnam in one of the world's leading modeling events, Elite Model Look World Final. This made her name known internationally, in 2012 for the first time she debuted at New York Fashion Week and this year she also managed to get a contract with one of the Top Modeling Agencies in the world, Wilhelmina Models. Since then she has been increasingly in demand to enliven the modeling world as she has successfully walked for world designers such as Wes Gordon, Juan Carlos Obando and Elie Tahari in fashion week. She consecutive appearance on foreign magazines
such as: Rogue China, Sicky, Superior and Canada... And
Hopefully she's keeping big and bigger and her name is increasingly flying in international modeling ... You go girl!
